Edu Cajigal (Gijón, ES)
Eduardo Cajigal González, from Gijón: My first contact with nocturnal photography and Light Painting was in June 2014 and since then it’s been my escape route from daily routine.
This technique allows me to bring together two of my passions: photography and electronics, so I can create my own tools and customize others to make them more functional and more personal, that way you can get unique effects.
By preparing unique tools you can achieve unique and very special lighting.
I’ve recently started to work with Herramientas Lightpainting on the development of some tools so that they have a more personalized use.
I can spend hours setting up a photo that then takes only a few minutes to take. I never get what I want the first time round, but after a few tests and rehearsals, seeing the idea that I have in my imagination become reality gives me real personal satisfaction, which only serves to draw me further and further into this passionate world in which the limit is my imagination.
